Sorry that you are not understanding my words.
Generalized means in entire body.
I want to ask whether these twitching are seen in entire body or are they located in particular part of body?
Are these twitchings always on one particular part?
These kind of twitchings are commonly seen with calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 deficiency. So get done vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and calcium levels and if deficiency then you will need supplements

Vitamin deficiency aggravates in stress.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Vitamin deficiency aggravates in stress. So you are having more symptoms like twitching, mouth ulcers etc while having stress in life.
And honestly speaking, I don't know what centrum contains.
Can you upload the picture showing its contents so that I can guide you whether it is sufficient for vitamin deficiency or not.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
