Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The condition that you describe most likely is a sebaceous cyst.
This boil is just like a boil or pimple that you get on other parts of your body.
The reason could be staying wet or damp over the past few days, and use of public or communal pools and beaches.
Summer predisposes to sweat and moisture, leading to blockage of the sweat glands, thus resulting in a boil .
I can definitely suggest treatment for the same, but I would appreciate it if you could upload photos of the boil.
That would enable me to confirm the diagnosis.
The treatment is to leave it alone, avoid touching the area, since it spreads and gets worse on touching.
Trim your nails.
Avoid sex or have protected sex till this heals.
You can apply local betadine ointment or antibiotic ( mupirocin ) cream over it.
If it gets bigger or fails to heal within 3 -5 days, you may need to see your doctor to get a prescription for oral antibiotics.
Keep the area clean and dry.
wear loose cotton underpants and change frequently.
Do not use special soap, gel, cleanser douche etc, just clean with lukewarm water.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
