The natural ways to control blood pressure is by following healthy life style changes

DASH diet( Diet to stop hypertension)
-Eat more whole fruits, vegetables, low fat diary
-Avoid saturated fats. Include food with more unsaturated fatty acids like avocado, almonds, mackerel,salmon
-Decrease daily sodium intake to 1500 mg per day
-Avoid processed sugar, fatty, fried food
-Include more whole grains, oat meal and XXXXXXX
-Include chicken and Turkey breast in your diet.Avoid red meat. limit meat intake to just one serving. Include more fruits and vegetables.
-Do not snack on high sodium containing nuts, chips etc
-When choosing nuts please make sugar they do not contain added sugar or salt.
-Taking fish oil supplements will help keep your heart healthy

Exercising daily like brisk walking for 30 minutes is important.
Avoid stress. Try relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.
Quit smoking if you do so.
Limit alcohol intake if you drink. Limit to 1 drink per day. 1 drink is 12 oz beer, 1.5 oz hard liquor or 4 oz wine.
