Question: Am 35 years old...Last month l was skip my LMP... Immediately i have to menstruate..,. Which medicine i need to take this problem

I have gone carefully through your query. Cessation of menstruation can occur due to a number of reasons. The management would depend upon the underlying cause. The first step would to get a urine pregnancy test done. If the result is positive, you can go for a mifepristone misoprostol combination which should give you bleeding. High dose hormonal pills are another alternative. But it is recommended that you do so under guidance of a gynecologist so that you do not develop uncontrolled bleeding. On the other hand, if the pregnancy test is negative, you need to get an ultrasonography of lower abdomen done. In all possibilities, going for a short course of progesterone and then stopping it will give you periods in the next few days.
