Suggest Diet Chart For A Person With Low Hemoglobin

Question: my mom in law aged 65,got head injury at home nd had 6 stitches today.she had lost blood too.what is a good diet for her to recover. she has problem of Blood pressure up nd down but not diabetic yet.

Injury seems to be superficial affecting the scalp (and not the brain), and it would heal in 7-10 days.

Normal diet can be taken, especially diet rich in proteins, such as eggs, milk, fish, pulses, etc are very useful.

If her hemoglobin is low due to blood loss, iron supplements such as livogen tablets can be taken.
