Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Physiotherapy and brain supplements are the best thing to be done. Regarding brain supplements, I would recommend piracetam, gliatiline and ginkgo supplements coupled with a multivitamin containing essential amino-acids and vitamin B complex. A SSRI (Sertraline, Fluvoxamine) coupled with Donepezil can help too.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
