Question: Pl inform me very effective Ayurvedic medicine not containing steroids and harmful chemicals ; to treat completely insomnia with out side effects & not increasing body weight? It should treat anxiety depression as well relaxing mind !!!

In Ayurveda well proven medicines and Panchakarma therapy are available to treat insomnia without any side effects .
All types of anxiety disorders can be managed in Ayurveda. Yoga,meditation and external therapy and internal medications are advised.

Before advising you the treatment protocol kindly give me the following detail s

1. How long you are suffering from insomnia?
2.any other medical conditions do you suffer currently?
3.your occupation and lifestyle?
4. Food pattern?
5. What medications you are currently taking?
6. Any other comments relavant to the insomnia?

Presently since am taking allopatic drugs I do not hv insomnia to that extent and have to stop using alopathy durgs soonest possible I have taken panchakarma treatment from Ayurshakti and its medicines didnot suit me I want marketed preparation of reputed manufacturer with out side effects and streroid contentWe r in to business My life style is simple with timely intake of home made simple food

As Some lifestyle changes and herbal medicines can help and treat your problem. 

As per the traditional Ayurvedic practise panchakarma and lifestyle changes along with internal medication will help in treatment for Insomnia but your experience with panchakarma differs.

However i will guide you at my best.
Kindly follow below advise:

1.Avoid caffeine in all forms, especially after lunch time.
2.Avoid taking naps during the day.

3 Drink warm milk in the night along with jatamansi powder 2 g. which induces sleep.

4.Take a nice, long, warm bath before bed-time. 

5. Take oil bath twice in a week. Use sesame oil.

6.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-
3 times a day and before going to bed.

Internal medication:

1.aswagandharistam- 20 ml with 60 ml of water after food. Twice a day.- avp pharmacy.

2.Capsule. Tagara - 2 capsules in the night.after food.- Himalaya Ayurvedic company

Do practice yoga and pranayama . it is scientific XXXXXXX proven therapy for Insomnia.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided relaxation. It has been found to reduce tension and anxiety.

I hv habit of taking nap in the afternoon since last 30yrs as i get up early in the mor should u i all of sudden stop allopatic antindepressant/sedative If i donot sleep in afternoon i donot feel fresh pl suggest when Tagar has good sedative properties? Suggest so as to solve rhus permanantly ?

Hai,

As short nap for half an hour to one hour in day time is allowed as your per your working style.
Tagara is a proven drug in Ayurveda for sleeplessness. Take two capsules at night around 9 pm.
Depends on the response of the above prescribed medicine give me feedback after 15 days to one month follow up.
You can stop the allopathic medicine and start taking this medicine. Initially Two days to one week it will be difficult. But later on it will suits and situation adopts.

Kindly follow the advise given in earlier conversation along with the medicines.

Only internal medication will not give you solutions.
