Certainly, there are treatments available for this urologic entity, that can be formulated according to the patient,

1) Non-medication approaches: meditation and Tantra, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, sexual therapy including inducing ejaculation 1-2 hours prior to intercourse

2) Medication approaches: SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, known as antidepressants), topical anesthetics

A combination of these therapies is usually succesful, so would advise you to get in contact with a health provider, which could be a sexual therapist (psychologist)
