Brief Answer:
need to reduce your eltroxin dose

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic. .

According to your report your TSH level is very low. This sugest you have more thyroid hormone level due to the drug.

Increase in free T3 and T4 also cause lethargy and weakness . Though your T3 and T4 levels are normal but those are high enough to reduce TSH.

TSH level is more specific indicator and it should be middle of its normal range. So I suggest you to consult your doctor and reduce the dose of eltroxin to may be 50mcg and later on untill your TSH comes around 2 to 3 mIU/L.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Brief Answer:
weight reduces once thyroid level become normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your wait gain is significant. It will slowly reduce once your thyroid level becomes normal.

Along with that you need to do daily walking for 45mins or jogging for 20mins. Or you may go for proper aerobic or yoga training. Along with a balanced diet. This will help you reduce the weight and maintain it.
