Question: Please help me sir, Please help me worrying like any thing very sleep less nights.

I am from XXXXXXX 40 days back i meet one CSW and she came into room and I hugged and kissed on her hair. After that my.lips touches her labia majora only one time 2 sec but I don't have any damage or cuts on my lips then I smell her labia majora . it's labia majora dry. Then she wear condom (lubricated condom) on my penneies then I start rubbing on her stoamch suddenly she took my penneis and kept near by labai majora. But I wear condom my pennies is touching her labia majora and I didn't done any penetrative activity simple stand like a doll. After few seconds she ajusted my legs due to this my penneis went slightly labia minora or touches vaginal lips ( with condom) only two times my penneis went .there was penetrative activity. If I am not penetrate due to this she pitching me on my left hand and slightly creack my skin. But there was no bleeding on my hand.

1. If my lips touches her labia majora and smell the labia majora is a risk of HIV.

2. With condom my pennies two times touches her labia majora and went slight inside of labia minora or touches vaginal lips. Is there any risk of hiv?? After the few seconds I took penneis back and ejculated in condom then after I pressed condom very hardly . Is there any break or not ? But single drop also does not came.
I don't think very slightly two moves will not break.

3. If she pitching on my left hand. Due to this slightly skin get crack there was no bleeding on my hand. Is there is any chance of getting HIV.

4. If she hand have fluids or small drop of blood touches cracked skin ?
Is there any chance of getting HIV.

Please sir help me

After 9 days this incident I tested RNA PCR TEST came up with Not- detected and 15 days after came up with Not dected and after 37 days test with Tridot test came up with Negative.

Brief Answer:
No possibility of HIV in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your deep concern of HIV after the aforesaid incidence.

I have diligently analyzed your complete query and noted your concern. After thoroughly interpreting each point let me reassure you first that overall there is no possibility of HIV in your case.

It is due to the fact that HIV spreads through contact of genital fluids or blood from infected yo non infected person. There had not been any duchess kind of XXXXXXX contact which could be indicated towards hiv. All of your conditions narrated are simple trivial ones which could never result in hiv.

So I reassure you fully that there is nothing to be worried about the same.

I hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
No possibility of HIV. Relax and don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.

I'm above said situation or any related situation of touching or scratching or even biting or even with bare hand touching with genital fluids are not the direct means of HIV.

I counsel so many patients in my clinical practice and most of the persons are tensed with above kind of situation with possibility of HIV. On serial testing I have never encountered even a single case with positive Hiv status.

So I reassure you fully that none of your conditions are anywhere related to possibility of HIV.

Relax and don't worry. Allay all your fears for the same.

Brief Answer:
4th generation ELISA at 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your swift follow up.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of HIV and accordingly he tyoe of stress yiu are bearing with.

But as a doctor I want to convey uiu that yiu are healthy and normal as per my clinical experience. I again reassure you that the type of contact uiu have had never could cause hiv as per the clinical experience of my patients as well as on academic background.

Your PCR test at 15th day is almost quite sufficient and very much encouraging. But even if you want to fully assured then go for 4th generation test after 3 months of the incidence. Though in my opinion it is not required per say.

As per my clinical experience this test would come negative. Don't get indulged in any risky behaviour due to your anxious state. Stay in good company and don't sit alone.

I hope this helps.
