Brief Answer:
safe and important

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX I understand your health concerns.
You are suffering from PCOD as you know which is basically a disease with hormonal imbalance. XXXXXXX will take care of the female hormones and thus normal menstrual cycle.
Metformin and aldactone will help in tackling hyperinsulinemia and hyper androgenemia usually present in PCOD patients and thus prevents weight gain, facial hair growth and acne.
Remilyn D is an antioxidant which is very good in helping good ovarian and endometrial health.
So keep taking all the medicines as prescribed, they are safe and they will help in maintaining the normal wellbeing and health.
All the best.

I have heard these medicines may lead to long term side effects like breast cancer/endometrium cancer/ovarian cancer . Please confirm on this part .. Also i would like to mention i was 68 kg when diagnosed with PCOS 5 yrs back .. However i started exercising from past 8 months when i was prescribed XXXXXXX metformin aldactone & remylin and now it has bought me down to 60 kg . My tests shows positive results when i got it done few months back ..testosterone level was 26 . Also cysts are very very small ...is it possible to remove these cysts completely ? Why dont i get periods when i leave medicine after taking it few for few months ?

Detailed Answer:
PCOD is a life long disease and there are chances that you might not get your periods on your own but in case you are losing weight and your hormone levels are responding well then spontaneous menstruation and resolution of cysts in future can occur.
These drugs are protective against breast and ovarian cancer because when PCOD is healing then extra estrogen in the body also sheds off so nothing to worry in that direction.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
PCOD is a tricky disease and at times people with no symptoms have a lot of difficulty in conception whereas ones with sever problem conceive within no time.
But still in case you don't conceive naturally after trying for 6 months of regular unprotected intercourse then resort to an infertility specialist at the earliest.
All the best.
