Brief Answer:
insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia.

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend, hi and welcome to HCM! i am dr XXXXXXX Your fasting And pp insulin levels are significantly high, suggesting a state of insulin resistance causing hyperinsulinemia. This is also a state of prediabetes. High insulin levels do not cause weight gain, rather it is the other way round. Overweight causes insulin resistance leading to high insulin levels. So the first step is to start working on weight reduction i.e. Life style modification is required.
Diet to be cut down to 1200 -1400 calories, and daily work out of 45 minutes
In addition to that you may start with metformin 500 mg three times a day.
Regards!
