Yes the TSH levels should remain below 2.5 IU for good chances of conception.
So you need to start thyroxine tablet in dose of 75 ug after discussion with your endocrinologist.

This tablet will help to stabilize the hormone mileau and thus help in assisting in conception I'd all other hormones are normal and thus it is important that your husband has normal semen parameters and you have normal prolactin and TSH levels.
Also try figure out your mud cycle which is from day 10 of periods to day 18 of periods in case you have regular periods and try intercourse on alternate days during this tenure.
