How long after the exposure, you had your HIV tests? How long after her last contact, your partner had her test. Depending on these only we can rely the test. Furnish the details. Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.

Brief Answer:
RNA PCR after one month is highly reliable. You free from HIV 1 infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV RNA Qualitative PCR test a month after the exposure is conclusive and highly reliable. That eliminates the possibility of HIV 1 infection (99% common). Antibody test will become reliable only after the window period, that is 6-8 weeks extended up to 12 weeks.
Anyway you free from HIV 1 infection.

Brief Answer:
HIV risk is almost nil for the activities happened.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Body massage, hand job and breast contact have no risk for HIV even if consider her to have HIV infection. It amounts to the general care given to the positive individuals in their house or an hospital. Nothing to worry. You need no further test for HIV as long as you did not have any vaginal, anal, oral penetration, needle prick with infected blood or a blood transfusion.
Sore throat and lymh node enlargement can occur to anybody, even for a child. Such a common codition.
Ignore the same. Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
You have no HIV risk through your activities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Nothing to worry. I am also from Tamilnadu. Feel free to ask.

Oral penetration is inserting the penis (male organ) into the mouth of a man or woman and having sex. There is oral sex with female genitals also.

Sore throat can manifest with either dry cough, pain during swallowing, drinking and sometimes with painful nodes on the affected side of neck. Throat will look reddish. Don't look for these symptoms when you are alright.
Checking for lymph node is doctor's job. If you see or feel anything abnormal, report to a doctor, otherwise leave it.
Massage parlor girls also will be conscious about their health and take adequate precautions and periodic check ups. So she is unlikely to be HIV positive. Moreover in the presence of an infection in early days (up to 10 years or more) or when they are on adequate treatment, we cannot determine whether have HIV or not by the appearance alone. Only their blood test will reveal the same.
But your activities have no risk for HIV even if she has HIV inrfection.
Not to worry.

Exchange body fluids can transmit HIV

Body to body contact has no HIV risk. Wherever there is exchange of body fluids (Other than saliva, urine, faeces, sweat and tear) took place, then there is risk of HIV.
For your anxiety, you can consult a pychiatrist.
