Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
There is no published scientific guideline nor evidence to use adderal for the treatment of hashimotos.

Hypothyroid symptoms are unfortunately very non-specific and vague. They are reported by many individuals who actually do not have Hashimoto's thyroiditis causing hypothyroidism.

So as much endocrinologists respect patients' symptoms, we ultimately go by the lab report (in addition to a thorough physical examination) to see if the individual truly has Hahimotos and hypothyroidism.
Standard treatment is only by replacing deficient thyroid hormone with a medication called levo-thyroxine

Detailed Answer:
I understand that you have symptoms of ADHD and adderal is used for this condition. However, it has nothing to do with Hashimoto's. Moreover, the diagnosis of ADHD must be made accurately by a qualified medical practitioner before adderal is prescribed. Psychiatrists are best qualified to make this judgement, although many family physicians/ internists do so too.
