Brief Answer:
Tacrolimus ointment can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone to your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
Firstly lobate g is a steroid cream which is not used in the treatment of fungal infection.
Also it is a strong steroid to be used in a 2 year old child and it has probably led to the hypopimentation.
It will take time to settle.
If you are too anxious about it, I will suggest to apply tacrolimus 0.03 percent ointment on the affected areas once daily for 3-4 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious, can use aquasoft cream

Detailed Answer:
It is not very serious.
It will disappear in few months time.
You can apply aqua soft cream on it.
It is better to visit a skin specialist before starting tacrolimus ointment.
