Brief Answer:
May be a acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the acid reflux and it may be the cause of your bitterness. I personally advised to take a proton pump inhibitor such as combination of rabeprazole and domperidon once a day empty stomach for three days.
Avoid spicy food.

You may not be suffering from the swine flu. Yes swine flu is dangerous and this year it is causing higher number of deaths. It has caused widespread panic. But you do not have any symptoms of swine flu and should not be worried. Swine flu vaccine is available and can be taken to prevent the infection.

Thanks

All can take the vaccine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your follow up query; and suggest you that it is better that all can take the vaccine.

Swine flu is the disease of the same virus but of different strain.

I also advised to use the N-95 mask and wash the hand regularly.

Thanks.
