Brief Answer:
All liver enzymes are within normal limit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be answering your query.
Have gone through the reports attached by you.

All liver enzymes are in normal range. So i don't thing right now you should be concerned about your liver much.Any pathology of liver would cause inflammation of liver cell.As the cell gets inflammed liver enzymes are leaked from inside the cell into blood.Hence in most of the liver pathologies liver enzymes levels are usually raised.

So rest assure your liver is fine.
However i can see mild derangement of blood glucose so would suggest you to to a diabetologist for complete investigation. As you are just in late 20's it can be type 1 diabetes also.

Regards and Good luck Dear.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Cirrhosis is a complication of liver disease which involves loss of liver cells and irreversible scarring of the liver. So if there is loss of liver cells the level of enzymes would increase in blood.
Hepatitis is infection of liver by virus causing inflammation. As the cell willl be inflammed the enzyme inside each cell would leak into blood again causing a raised LFT.

As you LFT is perfectly normal i don't think you are at risk of hepatitis or cirrhosis.
However test specifically meant for it are fibroscan of liver(cirrhosis) and serum virology(hepatitis)
