Brief Answer:
can manage in ayurveda

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

In classical ayurveda there is no direct mention of thyroid gland disorders.

As disease like "galaganda" may correlate with that hypothyroidism.
In ayurveda, proper diagnosis will help in treating the disease.
Hypothyroidism can be managed and cured depends upon the cause for the condition.

Before concluding kindly give us some medical details for proper advise.

1. how long your wife suffering from this condition?

2. what are the current symptoms?

3. age, diet plan, BMI, lifestyle?

4. does she practice yoga ?

5. any other medical history present and past?
Please get back to me with details.
