Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Sex?
Question: Hello doctor
Had a unprotected vaginal sex with a woman of unknown status on 23rd XXXXXXX 2016. right after 8 days, some wiered things started to happen in my body. I regularly woke up with bitter and feverish throat in morning and it's continuing till date. It's taste exactly like when you are down with fever. Have taken oral temperature regularly, it's always fluctuate between 98 -99. After few days light headness started with headache. grittiness and pain and burning sensation in eyes. All these are continuing till date post 6 months also.
Have shown/consulted many doctors. They haven't able to diagnoisee anything. Below are tests i did
Day 23- Hiv antibody - negative
Day 37- PCR viral load - negative
Day 51 - combo test - P24 and antibody - negative
Day 68- immunatography antibody - negative
Day 72 - tridot antibody - negative
Day 94 - hiv antibody - negative
Day 185- HIV antibody - negative
Apart from above my all hepatitis tests came negative. I was a healthy person. Complete blood tests was done in detail . All were normal except WBC was 10.3 and protein was 8.8 which was on higher side. Doctors say everything is OK. .then why I am facing all these complications after 7 months also. Especially bitter throat every morning after sleep. Is it possible hiv is still undected after 7 tests also. I am stressed. Please help

What could be the possible reasons for high WBC and protein. My primary physician doesn't gave much wiegh into it as they were slighter higher than range.
Wbc range 10..mine 10.3
Protein range 8.3. .mine 8.8
Also to mention, these blood test were done 4 months ago.

Will follow up with my physician. Will not do any more HIV tests as you have said. I believe all those HIV tests I have done are conclusive.
