Brief Answer:
Chances of HIV is rare but please get tested for confirmation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

1. HIV is rarely transmitted from saliva of partner when having oral sex and you sucking at her breast soon after. This risk is estimated at about 1 in 10000 incidents.

2. It is rare that you might have got HIV infection from above incident. The risk is almost nil or 0.0001 percent.

3. Your sore throat might be due to other medical condition like viral flu and it is too early to have HIV manifestation from oral sex within few days.

4. It is recommended that you get tested for HIV by any one of the following methods
(i) Third generation HIV ELISA testing to be done once at 30 days and again to be repeated at 180 days for confirmation. This tests for antibodies to HIV.

or

(ii) Fourth generation rapid HIV test to be done after 30 days only once. This tests for p24 antigen and antibodies to HIV if present.

5. You might have skin allergy causing itching and betnasol is a low potency steroid to treat allergy eruptions and itching.

6. If you develop more rashes in coming weeks or months then please go to dermatologist and get tested for STDs also.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find my observations below.
1. From the incident described above, HIV transmission is least likely.

2. The fourth generation rapid testing is 97 percent accurate after 12 days and almost 100 percent accurate after a month. So you can get tested by this test after 30 days if available at your place. Otherwise do ELISA tridot test once at 30 to 90 days and again at 180 days. This is for confirmation.

3. You should never believe any unknown partner or masseur.

4. The rashes in HIV are as follows with flu like symptoms usually within the first two weeks after infection.
(i) The rashes appear like small red spots on white skin or purple spots on dark skin. They appear flat or slightly raised above the skin.
(ii) It appears in the shoulder, chest area (as in the picture below), face, torso and palms of the hands.
(iii) The rashes are usually not itchy and it tend to disappear within 3 weeks.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find my observations below.
1. The fourth generation rapid test might be available at well know hospitals and laboratories in XXXXXXX Eg SRL laboraties and Apollo hospital.

2. The spots need to be observed closely and you have consulted your dermatologist. He would have told you if it was HIV.

3. Itching can be due to allergy from the massage experience. They might be using same oil and bed sheet on many people and therefor there is a chance to get infection and allergy. Since sharing or personal articles can cause other skin diseases, please watch for any more rashes and consult your doctor again.

Hope your query is answered.

Thanks again Doctor. Forget to add from morning i got eyes burning also my leg foot . is this related to HIV? Also my red spots came today (might be i didn't noticed earlier) but its settling down now. As you said , Rash with flu is the main symptoms , am i get mild flu ? or the temperature will go high?

So April 11 i can go and have my test right? One time is enough if i do fourth generation? I am wondering , normally HIV symptoms will start this early?

Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find my observations below.
1. The burning eyes and foot do not exactly fit in to a diagnosis of HIV. There is what is called acute HIV syndrome in which the patient has mild flu like illness with rashes developing as described earlier. This happens within the first two weeks and does not occur with everyone who gets the infection. There may be fever in acute HIV syndrome.

In your case it might be possible that you have got the regular flu due to change in weather.

Usually HIV symptoms will not be seen so early. Most people have symptoms after a month or more after getting infected.

You can inquire about fourth generation rapid HIV test and get it done after approximately a month from the date you had possible contact.

Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
Testing is recommended for confirmation and peace of mind

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find my observations below.
1. After seeing the picture I feel that it looks like a rash unrelated to HIV. Also today is only the first day and you can wait for some more time and then watch.

2. The WBC level of 11900 is borderline high and this can happen if there is mild infection like flu.

3. Itching of private part might be due to any other infection which you got after massage and oral sex. Please wash your genital region with warm water and mild soap at least twice a day and wear cotton inner clothes. If rashes appear in genital region or you have burning urination then please consult doctor and take medicine after clinical examination and any laboratory test for sexual infections.

4. In medical science, we talk about the risk of getting any infection. Therefore as per current world statistics, for every 10000 incidents where the partners saliva has come in contact with the penis opening, there might be one person who is likely to get the infection. In other words, 9999 people participating in similar incident will not get the infection in this way.

5. Yes, you are right. It wasnt a serious exposure but testing is recommended for confirmation and peace of mind. Please do not worry.

Hope your query is answered.

This is my third day. Also I didnt have any contact with my penis she used her hand and gave me a blow job with oil. Is there is a chance of coming blood in her breast? If yes will that cause HIV. she married and she has a kid also. Also if I take her for test tomorrow and she dont have HIV then no issue right?

Brief Answer:
It is too early for you to get HIV symptoms on third day after contact

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Please find my observations below.
1. Third day is too early for you to get symptoms of HIV. However any allergy arising from the incident due to the oil or bed sheet being shared by many people can be the cause of rash.

2. I hope you did not bite in to her nipples or they did not have any ulcer wound. Otherwise there is usually no reason to bleed and unless she has any infection of the nipple. Also I dont think you have any cut or sore in mouth therefore chance of HIV is almost nil by this route.

3. She might have been sexually active with many people. The fourth generation rapid test is for HIV antibody and p24 antigen. Therefore in the extreme case that she has had sexual contact with HIV infected within last 12 to 15 days and got infected then test result will be negative.

4. It is best to wait a month and get yourself tested. Any other symptoms before that requires a clinical examination by your doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
