Brief Answer:
Gas and Bloating. Take Mucaine gel and Buscopan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Usually gas in stomach and bloating cause the severe cramps in upper abdomen.
It is very common problem, need not very much worried about.

It is usually associated with heavy meals, oily and greasy food.

I advise you to take mucaine gel 5 ml thrice or four times daily 20 to 30 minutes before food.
In addition take tablet Buscopan 10 mg tonight. It will be helpful in constipation.
Avoid snacks and oily foods.
Avoid any anti inflammatoy drugs like diclofenac.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you doc.

Throughout the night My cramps had become very less and bearable. No cramping over the last few hours. However now mild cramping has come back and restarted.

Through the night I have been feeling very cold shivery and with body ache

I haven't passed any motions since the one I mentioned in the last message.

Once again I would like to say I'm a breast feeding mother. I would like to avoid any medication so can it get cured without medication.

Further can you advice on the fruits and foods which will help.

If I get loose motions could it be stomach infection. Since I'm feeling very shivery.
