Hi,

Thanks for your query to this forum.

You have bad breath which is called Halitosis. In your case it may be due to gum disease like Pyorrhea because of alcohol and smoking. You must maintain very good oral hygiene by brushing, flossing and using chlorhexidine mouthwash. You will also have to consult Dentist for proper cleaning and treatment.

You have started pain in stomach with black stool, which probably maybe because of bleeding in stomach. Nausea and vomiting feeling may be due to this or involvement of liver due to alcohol.
Please stop smoking and taking alcohol, and see a good Physician to examine and do certain tests like CBC, Liver function tests, stool R&M, and Abdominal Ultrasonography. Your condition can be treated depending on results of your tests.

In the meantime you can take antacid and please see your Physician as soon as possible.

This may not be serious at present but if you do not take care and continue to drink and smoke, it will certainly harm you.

Hope this information helps you. If you have any further query, I will be available to assist you.

i forgot but i also have mild irritation in rectum sometimes.
The black stool and loose motions just happened for the first time today.
Are these symptoms associated to any form of cancer.

.is this also related to liver problem.

i would like to cut down on alcohol and smoking but can you please tell that what quantity of liquor is okay if i drink regularly and if need to do something to balance it.
Smoking how many cigarettes every day is fine as it may take time to quit completely.are there any medicines that can clean the tar from lungs

Hi,

Thanks for your follow up. It is good that you want to quit smoking and alcohol.
The irritation in large intestine (Rectum) may be due to some type of infection that is colitis, once you get your tests it can be identified. Please do not worry about any kind of cancer; it is unlikely in your case.

Yes alcohol may cause damage to liver. Hence we need to investigate as I suggested in my answer and then decide about future course of action. You should stop alcohol completely at present, and once you recover from present problem then think about moderation of drinking.
If you have strong will to quit smoking, then you can. Initially, may be chewing gum of nicotine (Nicorette) may be taken.

Please keep me informed about progress.

Regards.

Does smoking cause hair fall and does liquor cause erectile dysfunction or impotency as my wife is also concerned ? is there any medication with no side affects available to treat hairfall and premature ejaculation as i fear my performance may have also reduced due to such habits.

Hi,

Thanks for your follow up.

I am glad that you agree to quit smoking and alcohol, which is the first thing which you need to work up on.
You should take healthy and well balanced diet including proteins, carbohydrates, and some fats along with vitamin and minerals. A staple diet of dal, Rice, Chapattis, and curd and other fresh fruits and nuts will be very good for you. Please avoid deep fried and spicy food.

Hair fall is possible due to your ill health. Once you recover, hair fall may also reduce, which depends on cause. Premature ejaculation is more often related to your anxiety; you should relax and take care of your health everything will take time.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Keep me informed about progress and results.
If you have any further query, I will be available to clarify it.

Regards.
