Hello.

Usually these parameters are important when we evaluate an anemia and are helpful to understand the possible cause.They are not so important if the Hemoglobin or RBC are within normal limits.
In my opinion you have nothing to worry about.In your case it would be important only to get a complete blood count every 4-6 months to see if it stays in normal range or it is the beginning of an anemia.
