What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting?

my son is 10 years old and he is complaining of being dizzy, light headed, and throwing up in his hand doesn't hurt anywhere and hasn't been complaining of any pains. He does play football. He has recently had a sinus infection taking singular at night and zrytec in the morning.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I see that your son is very athletic in his paly activities. Recent recovery from sinus can occasionally cause headache and in turn that can cause vomiting. But this is also a signs of raised pressure in the skull compartment. I suggest you see your paediatrician and get your son a BP check and complete physical examination. If needed an imaging of sinuses might help. Hope my answer was helpful for you.
