I Have Neck And Back Problems After Neck Surgery

I had ACDF of the C5-C6 for a herniated disc in June of last year. Prior to that I was having severe neck, shoulder, upper back pain, headaches, and extreme left arm weakness. Approximately 2 months after the surgery I fell, hit my head; all of the symptoms began reappearing. My surgeon was going to release me in September of last year if my neck was healing properly but I have not been released and haven't been given an exact reason why. For about the last 4 to 6 months I have been having severe back pain, soreness, and stiffness (throughout my whole back), poor balance, my left leg seems to collapse out of nowhere, difficulty walking, pain and tingling in my left foot. Within the last month I have become extremely concerned because I have been losing control of my bladder and bowels. I have been diagnosed with bone spurs, spondlyosis, and spinal stenosis. I have been through numerous treatments. Any advice or information you can offer would be helpful. Female 35 yr old
