Hi,
welcome to health care magic forum,
biotin is considered to be one of the best product for hair problems but it is a proven fact that it gives you only temporary relief, the you will stop it, you will again suffer with hair fall problem, it is better to go for Homeopathic treatment which treats the root cause of the disease and gives you cure which is permanent and with out any side effects..

here are some tips for you to prevent hair fall...

Never apply soap or high power shampoo on your head,
Gently massage your scalp with fingertips after applying a hair oil.
Eat Aamla in any form early in the day.
Also eat protien rich food items.
While bathing, wash your head with cold water only.
It is winter and water is ice - cold, you can make it luke warm.
Eat all types of vegetables & fruits. This will ensure supply of minerals
and vitamins essential for hair growth.
Dandruff is a cause of hair loss. Squeeze half a lemon to half a liter
of water and rinse your hair and scalp with this water as a cure to
dandruff. Do this no more than three times a week and for upto a month.
Rosemary oil is an aromatherapy oil, which can be applied to your hair
once in a week to reduce hair fall.
as it can affect healthy gowth of hair
Take Homeopathic treatment for your hair fall and use Homeoapthic hair oil
& shampoo.
