General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI Rajani,
welcome to HCM,
2 Year old child having high grade fever with vomiting ,loose motion and occasional cough it suggest child having a gastro enteritis with URTI(Tonsilitis ,pharangitis or bronchitis..).
crossin drop in 2 year aged child is less effective than crossin syrup, but only crossin is not sufficient to treat the above condition at home you must consult a doctor in this condition.
I m advice you to put a cold water sponge over whole body and give syrup crossin 5 ml at the time of fever and plenty of liquid orally like lemon juice, tea coffie ,butter milk, coconut water etc to prevent dehydrtion from diarrhoea as a home remedies

if the loose motion not subsiding then he may need some antibiotic syrup for 3 to 4 days
