Yellow Urine, Heat Sensation In Penis, Discomfort. Taken Omacin, Louver Creme And Ciproflaxin. Are They Sufficient?

i am 23 i have sex with a girl after my urine yellow colour and something heating expriance in my penis i went to doctor and take omacin after that its gone and after one and half month i cant wear under wear beacause when touch it hurt in the tip of my penis after i went to doctor he give me he give ciproflaxin 500 antibiotic its have gone and 2 weeks ihave got under the head of my penis some pearly pannule pappules like thing when i rub it it hurts me and also my penis shaft skin has little white like substance doc also give dectecorte cream its gone and he gave louver creme for pennule pappules it also gone but my penis not active like that because its fall down just like the weight on penis head now i have some time discomfort feeling in the penis head please help me doc what is the problem

Recurrent infection is there ,no doubt.
May be urethritis ( sexually transmitted disease).
Fungal infection ,
candidiasis .
In my opinion get in blood for V D R L and also for S T D.
Consult dermatologist and get his opinion as physical examination will find out the disease.
