With Abortion Will One Have A Problem During The Next Child Bearing?

I am married for 3 months.I missed my period and did a test I am pregnant. Both my husband and myself are in state of shock we are not yet ready for the baby. We want to go for abortion. I have read through the risks. But I am so confused , I am scared to go for abortion for the fear of the problems for the next child. I am healthy female , with abortion will I have a problems during the next child bearing?

1.There is always side effects after abortion - like irregular periods is most commonly seen.
2.But in case of incomplete evacuation through medication and D&C (dilatation and curettage has to be done ) then there are different complications - like adhesions (difficulty in further pregnancies)
3.But this is not a standard complications seen in all who have abortions - these are possibilities seen in few percentage of peoples.
4.Get it done now - be careful in further, do not make it as a habit, take good contraception avoid pregnancies if not required.
