Will Males Get A Second Episode Of Gynecomastia In Their Late Twenty's?

Hi,

During my teenage, I have had tender bump under my nipples which was referred then as gynecomastia due to puerty. I am now 24 years old and the bump has been gone since I was probably 16 or so. Last month, an identical bump reappeared suddenly and is just as tender. It feels the same as the bump I had during my puberty but quite big. Is it common that males in there 20s will have a second episode of gynecomastia?
