Hi I am 39yrsunmarried I have OA of the knee and it is the early stages I find pain in my knee while climbing sitting etc and crunching The doctor said it because of genetic I got this problem Can I get married with this problem Hi, I am 39yrs,unmarried . I have OA of the knee and it is the early stages. I find pain in my knee while climbing , sitting etc and crunching. The doctor said it because of genetic I got this problem. Can I get married with this problem? what is the cure for this? can yoga cure it completely?

first most u can get married with this is not a contraindication to get the married.

second point arthritis is multifactorial only genetic predispositon would not lead to flow blown ostearthritis.

this can been prevent by not increasing your weight,Wearing a knee cap, avoiding climbing stairs/ squatting/ sitting cross legged, using western toilets regular excercixe of quadericps and hamstrings muscles will help decreasing the pain and progression of the arthritis.

there is no problem in getting married with this problem .
you should go for some exercise and yoga.jogging is good for you.
there are medicine in homoeopathy which is applicable n case of OA
but that can not be given without proper case taking.
