Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
It seems you have got significant trauma to your knee which needs to be examined and investigated. There are three possibility 1. Knee cap fracture 2. Internal knee ligaments injury 3. Knee haematoma and effusion. You need 1. Xray of involved knee to rule out fracture 2. MRI of involved knee to rule out ligaments and meniscus injury. Meanwhile start tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for pain relief. Wear long knee extension brace till report is done to prevent further injury. Avoid weight bearing on injured knee. Visit expert orthopaedic surgeon with report. Do not neglect your health.
