Hi,

The white powdery thing being dropped after severe itching suggests fungal infection. It easily grows in moist folds of body. Try to keep breast clean and dry. Dust with Candid dusting powder in day time. If sweating is more, wear light and loose cotton gowns. Change them after evening wash. Apply multi-fungal ointment, over the counter, with gentle rubbing at night time. Consult your doctor in severe form of rashes, for oral antifungal medicine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
