i am 21 year old women, my first delivery has made just before 40 days, today i have started bleeding , what was the reason for it, or this make any phisical problem for me

If the flow is like a period and not excessive then nothing to worry about.It should be like a normal menstruation.Bleeding for more than 7 days and passage of heavy clots needs medical attention.
