Delayed or irregular period can be due to hormonal imbalance;anxiety and mental stress;thyroid problems and many such reasons.And if the periods are delayed then it can even be due to fear of getting pregnant after sex although you had safe sex.If you get periods properly then fine or please consult a Gynaecologist.
