welcome to Health care magic.
1.Even EUS says that there is bulky pancreas - but it doesn't mean its malignant / cancerous. Unless until its proven with FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology or BIOPSY.
2.Even CT/MRI says benign mass - but its not confirmatory.
3.Confirmatory for any malignant is above tests or presence of any secondaries in liver / lungs / bones/ lymph nodal enlargement.
4.You have nothing of above findings - so malignancy chances are almost none.
5.But for confirmation get the FNAC done. Good luck
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
