What Causes Enlarged Pancreas And Bleeding?

Had cystoscopy today and no tumor found but the pancreas was enlarged and some areas were bleeding. Dr. cartelized those areas. I came home with a carthelizer. What would cause the enlarged pancreas & the areas that are bleeding? Email: YYYY@YYYY

There are few possible causes but in every case this is something that should be evaliated and some serious diagnoses should be ruled out. In first case, i mean here on tumors which may occut in this area. However most common causes are benign and include chronic infections or cysts. YOu need to do tumor markers and CT scan more.
