Hi,
The problem you are facing with is not because of your teeth. It could be of gasto-intestinal disorder. Your tooth has to be extracted as soon as possible before any infection develops.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having symptoms of a gastric ulcer. You need to get an Upper GI endoscopy done to confirm. You need to stay away from spicy, hard, hot food. Have soft, cool, bland diet like yoghurt, buttermilk, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables as well. Drink plenty of water. If you experience heartburn you can take over the counter PPIs but best under medical supervision after your Doctor advises.

are you having other symptoms like burning in sternal area or pain in upper part of abdomen or discomfort in these area, then most common cause can be reflux oesophagitis or gastritis, which can be treated by taking H2 blocker group of medicines taken under medical supervision.
but if sympoms are different then you should gastoenerologist who will after investigation diagnose the problem & you will be alright.
tooth problem can't cause this much weight reduction.
