Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The jerky legs and arms after a surgery can be due to low levels of fluids or electrolytes in the body. Decreased fluid intake can cause it. Do get your serum Vitamin B12 levels evaluated and start with supplements if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
