Hello harry;
welcome to HeathcareMagic
The feeling or hearing of ones own heart beat is called palpitations and it is commonly due to mental stress or anxiety.If your ECG is normal that means you have no heart problem and the cholesterol is also with in normal limits.The feeling of pulsations can be due to anxiety or stress and at your age for female heart problem is the rarest possibility so relax and think about the stress you have and try to overcome it and you should be fine as you do not have any disease.
Take care.
