White Hard Lumps On Labia Minora. Taking Antibiotics. Solution?

hello i noticed these tiny white bumps that are hard on my labia minora they dnt itch or burn n they are located at my vaginal opening i went to the doctor for it n he prescribed an antibiotic i've been using it for 4 days now n the bumps havent disappeared infact i now notice ones on the other labia minora :( i dnt know wat it is could u help me

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
There is possibility of some vaginal infection.
To get the complete cure of the bumps, you have to complete the course of antibiotics.
Better to use systemic and local antibiotics.
If the bumps persist after completion of antibiotic course also, go for swab test from the bump and culture and sensitivity.
Sitz bath may be useful to some extent.
