White patches in the mouth are commonly caused by a fungal infection called thrush.
Get physically examined if your treating doctor diagnosed it to be leukoplakia than you may have to get a biopsy done to rule out early signs of cancer.
If it is not malignant it can be removed by oral brush biopsy or excisional biopsy. It can be treated with a course of anti fungals.
Gargle with warm saline water or Listerine water 2-3 times a day, maintain mouth hygiene.
Get your ears examined by an ENT specialist, get audiometry test done. You will need a course of analgesics & antibiotics.
