Hi,

Unwanted-72 is an emergency contraceptive pill. Take one tablet by mouth with our without food as soon as possible but within 24-72 hours of having unprotected sex. The sooner it is taken the more effective it would be.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
