When Does A Dominant Follicle Mature? What Harm Will Pregnancy Face Due To A Cyst On Ovary?
my last period was on 21st october.when i did an ultra scan on 24th november , doctor told im having a dominant folicle of 1.4 cm by 1.7 cm.we are trying to get a baby.so will it fertiliye still?already period date has passed away n i have a simple cyst in my right ovary which measures 3.4 cm by4.8 cm.

As it is you have an dominant follicle, it is to be stimulated for ovulation, and yuo should have sex the following days.
So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
It appears that you might be having irregular periods,that is why the follicle is ripe at the 33th day.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
