- avoid prolonged fasting / overeating
- take plenty of liquids
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / cheese / pasta / junk
foods / excess ghee / sugars / artificial sweeteners
- chew your food thoroughly
- avoid
stress / anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 8 hours
- fix timings of breakfast, lunch , dinner
- avoid sleeping for atleast 2 hours after meals
- take small amount of food at intervals
- avoid
smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if any
- maintain your BP , Blood sugar , weight ,
Cholesterol levels
