What Treatment Is Suggested For Uterus Liner Being 7 Mm?

I am a 70 years old women.I was diagnosed with hyperplasic endometrioses 30 years ago. A month ago, during a routine pelvic sonogram it was discovered that the utherus liner is 7 mm(normal is 5mm).I don't have any simptoms but my doctor wants to do a biopsy and I don't feel confortable with that , especially without anesthesia Besides, I don't know this doctor very well. I only met with her for the first time. Any advise?
