hi sir im 25yr ,161cm,56kg.no sig medical history .i hav tight fore skin problem.can i do sex.what is the solution for my problem, circumcision or any other?how much will be charged for circumcision in rupees?pls tell me in detail?

If your foreskin is very tight you may go for Circucision operation.
It costs about 10to 15 thousand rupees including all.
