What To Do If Am Vomiting Even On Empty Stomach And It Is Very Acidic?

hello I have been vomiting even on an empty stomach and usually it is clear maybe a little yellowish and most of the time its very acidic and burnsand I get a lot of discomfort in my stomach where I feel like I can t breathe and I just need to go throw up because I can t sit still it just hurts please help what do I do

Welcome to HCM.
If you are vomiting even on empty stomach no oral tablets would help since there are high chances that tablets would also be vomited out with minimal absorption. So i would advise,
1.Rush to emergency room and take injetion(iv) ondansetron and pantoprazole,hydrate well with IV fluids.
2.Get a serum creatinine and electrolyte levels to know for renal function which can be impaired in persistent vomiting.
3.If vomiting persists get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and upper GI endoscopy.
