What Should The Normal Prolactin And B-12 Level Be On Tests?

Hi. I just got my blood test results from my endo doc and i feel its not very helpful. i was told a few weeks ago that i had an enlarged thryoid and to see an endo doc. my endo said most likely i have hashimoto's thryoiditis but was told to just come back in a year and get a check up. my b-12 levels have always been really low. my prolactin level is 14.4. my testosterone level is 42.4. my thyroperoxiades antibodies is <0.3. my thryo ab scan is <1.8. does that all seem normal? should i really not worry about an enlarged thryroid gland and consistatly feeling awful?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your b12 is low as you said. Don't worry about prolactin and testosterone. Your thyroid antibodies are normal. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology of thyroid. If it gives benign results then no need to worry.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
